Live stream from our Foley room – 6P3S live performance

Electron Transition Posted on 2024-03-12 by aub2024-03-31

Our friendship with Vytautas Juozėnas (aka. Škicas) dates several years back. On the very first day of meeting each other, at our third Advanced Electronics event, we immediately started discussing about releasing his music – producing an album.

After several years, we finally managed to collectively come up with an album – brought some recordings of the past from his hard drives and breathed back some life into them with Restorative Mastering.

His creative inspiration is immediate, acting on an impulse, therefore he has already moved away from the sound that he was previously known for.

The album, which will be released under his alias 6P3S, is focused on moving on – this is an album from the days when he focused on soldering his own oscillators, rather than tweaking effects on his DAW.

We sat down, cherry picked the best bits of the past, made them shine again by giving it some space techno vibez.

And there we have it – space techno, by 6P3S. Will be released on Electron Emitter on 2024-03-16.

Since this has taken several years to become a reality, we thought it would be a great idea to celebrate that with a live stream from our Foley studio, where he is going to bring most of his hardware and do a live performance.

We’ll stream it via Electron Emitter facebook page at around 15:00, and upload it to the youtube channel soon afterwards.

6P3S, vintage pump organ, DIY modulars and our pile of garbage.
